Where can I get a GPS tracking device for a car?

My stepson use to spend most of his day sitting on my couch watching TV all day So I told him I would help him out and buy him a cheap car if he can manage to get a job. He did and I spent 900 on a car. The only condition I had for him was that he only used it for work not for personal use. His drive to work is 12 miles one way. I have been checking the mileage and on most days he is putting more than 50 miles o the car. I have a hunch that he is going to see his girlfriend, who I know for a fact is a heavy drug user. I don’t want to accuse him of any thing because we all ready have a paper thin relationship. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could buy a gps tracker for under 100 dollars. I would prefer one without a monthly fee.

Would you be willing to accept a computer chip into your body?

Say in the distant future chips in bodies started becoming more and more common- kind of like a techno buzz but more than that-like an ipod or a laptop.

It has all your personal identification and you can use it to buy items at stores with a single swish of your hand. You don’t have to carry a wallet, paper money, or cards anymore. You can use it to get into your house and car, instead of using a lock. It can also be like your computer and contain important files- taxes, banking, everything.

And also it has a gps tracker, so that thieves, sex offenders, terrorists, dictators (you name it) could be monitored by the government. You as a parent can be comfortable, knowing that the safety of your child is improved- you can track down his/her location at all times.

Plus, when you get the chip, it doesn’t hurt a single bit- hurts less than a flu shot and has no negative effects on your body! It is so small that it is hard to notice and is embedded under your skin..

Does anyone have any objections? I hear some people already have such a device implanted in them in other countries. This may well soon be a reality.

      is my grammar correct?

The second issue with cell phone use is the radiation. Many say cell phones cause cancer, but do they really? Cell phones give off frequency radiation (RF), this radiation is non-ionizing which does not cause cancer. RF radiation can also be found in cordless home phones, television, radio, laptops, and palm held computers. Ions are known to damage DNA and cause cancer, cell phone radiation lacks sufficient energy to add or remove electrons from molecules, and therefore it cannot ionize to cause cancer (“Are Cell”). Radiation levels are tested and certified by the manufacturer to meet safe levels which are established by the Federal Communications Commission(FCC). If, however, cell phones did cause cancer, there would have been a rise in brain cancer. The safety concerns over cell phone radiation continued into 2001 when the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) was created by Senators Joseph Lieberman and Rep. Edward Markey. Their goal was to compile a report on the safety of cell phones. The final GAO report, Research and Regulatory Efforts on Mobile Phone Health Issues issued in May of 2001 concluded that there is no scientific evidence proving that cell phone radiation has any "adverse health effects" but that more research on the topic was needed. In 2006, the American Cancer Society compiled 16 of the most thorough scientific studies that examined the health risks of cell phones and found that just two of them linked cellular technology with the development of harmful tumors. Additionally, proponents note, the World Health Organization officially states that there are no established links between cell phones and cancer. Based on information from the National Cancer Institute, there has been no increase in brain cancer between the years 1987-2005. On May 17, 2010, the results of the 13 countries, 10 year, million interphone study found that using a cell phone may or may not increase a person’s risk of developing brain tumors(“Are Cell”). On June 22, 2010, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted 9-1 to make the city the nation’s first to require that retailers post cell phone radiation levels prominently in their stores. Every year the government attempts to prove cell phones cause health problems, but every year their data is not enough. Now it is true that cell phones give off radiation but it’s not enough to could cause cancer. Most people now do not talk on the phone—they text—so the radiation does not reach their brain. It is also true that a 5 year old who uses a cell phone would absorb a large amount of radiation than adults would; however, the fact is no 5 year old is walking around talking on a cell phone(Haskell). Basically there is no clear or present danger with cell phones and radiation.
Cell phones actually keep people safer since cell phones increase personal safety by providing an easy means of contacting others during an emergency. In fact, 56% of people over the age of 65 say they have a cell phone for safety reasons (“Are Cell”). Moreover, cell phones now have gps and gps trackers, so if a child gets lost he could easily be tracked or he could find his way out by using the gps. If there were a blackout in one’s neighborhood and something goes wrong, people cannot use their home phones, they would have to use their cell phones. For the most part, cell phones do keep people safer; however, some people think cell phones should be banned. As of December 2008, California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Utah, and Washington had a complete ban on the use of hand-held cellular phones while driving. Some states have enforced laws that ban cell phone while driving, but these laws are ill-conceived and extremely difficult to enforce. Lauren Weinstein a technology expert and Internet pioneer stated that “Police admit that enforcing such laws is problematic at best” and “they don’t have enough manpower and they usually need to catch the driver in the act.” They can’t stop an activity if most people use a phone while they drive. While they catch one driver, there will hundreds of other people passing by who are using a phone.
Another place people want phones to be banned is in schools. Some people think that cell phone use in classes; cause the kids to do worse in school. Cell phones do distract kids in school, and that could potentially harm a student’s grade. But again, so can many other factors. If one student always uses his phone in class and a teacher takes it away, that doesn’t mean that the student is going to pay attention. The odds are if the student was distracted in the first place, he would still be distracted. Another reason school should ban phones is, something parents need to communicate with their kid. The banning of cell phones will only cause a bigger problem.

I want something for if my cat is stolen and the person who takes her does not intend to contact me to give her back. I want an actual GPS device so i can go to this persons house and get my cat back ok. if this ever happens. I don’t know if it would there are loads of cats on my street that don’t even have collars that just wonder around and sit in the middle of the road like tarts.
